Drilling through carbon fiber?

i just got a carbon fiber trunk and im going ot install a spoiler soon i dont need primer do i cuz its not metal anyone please answer.

No primer is needed, it doesn't rust. lol Make sure to use a bit of silicone or Honda-bond to keep it sealed.

make sure to tape it, I work with carbon bikes, and if we dont tape, it splinters. tape it please gl
