someone learns me on why Mugen is so awesome?

"someone learns me on"? Try again. Mugen is just another fad just like apc was when F&F came out. It will fade and something else will take it's place. To me, If you like Mugen that damn much move over sea's and get it for less.

yes but this is a huge fad that shows no signs of dying out anytime soon, not to mention this has been going on for years in Japan, so there has to be some other reason that Mugen is so sought after other than it being a fad

See your typed in this, "reatrd with the grammar crap, "teach me" better jacka$$" And what you wanted to say was "I'm not very good with proper english grammer, So please teach me kind sir."
You don't have to put parenthacies in on "teach me" since your not quoteing what someone else was saying or quoteing something that you have said in the past. Hope this helps. And no problem. JDM is the new rice. Just my opinion.

If you have to ask, then you don't understand. Seriously. Obviously you have no idea how much history there is with Honda products and Mugen parts. Nor do you know just how much Mugen parts are R&D'd by Mugen, along with the help of Honda themselves.
Here's a little primer that I suggest you read:
http://www.kingmotorsports.com/t-about.aspx
Mugen parts are expensive because they are almost always the best, or work the best with the application they are made for.
And it's a safe bet that Mugen was making parts for early 80's Hondas before a lot of you were even born.
They also made/make parts for Honda motorcycles (dirt and road). And hey, they also had a Formula1 team.

Can you say that about APC? LOL, I think not. I suggest that people don't post when they obviously have no idea what they are talking about.

same could be said for Spoon. and the fact that you say if i have to ask, i don;t understand, well no sh&t, thats why i am asking!! how do you expect someone to understand the fact Mugen parts are suppsedly the best, if i shoudln't be asking? not to mention the fact that you are a moderator on this site where you are supposed top be helping, as i do appriciate the links, your comment was ridiculously rude.
Plus the link you gave for king motorsports lists only a couple things about Mugen, it doesn't mention why they have such quality parts and why they are so sought after. this is like saying that people buy them just for the name, buying something just for the name is worthless and the fact that they have been around for 20 plus years doesn't explain why people go out of their way just to get them. its just explains that they have been making racing parts for honda and had helped King Motorsports back in the day.
so people buy Mugen parts because they have been around for over 20 years and have been popular in the track scene, now that they have been around for awhile they can price gouge the **** out of parts they sell because it has history. boooooo!!!!

My comments were mostly directed at 'moores55'. But I think a quick google search could have lead you down the same path.
Spoon is, IMO, almost up there with Mugen. But, they are a smaller shop and they turn out a little different product in that a lot of their parts they outsource to their specifications (for instance, their LSD was made by KAAZ, their Wheels are made by Desmond).
If you want a top-shelf product for your Honda-Acura, then Mugen is where you go. They are as OEM as Honda is. You get the same quality, but with higher performance and a lot of R&D behind it.

Are you trying to be dense? Seriously, what's the point of answering your question when you obviously ignore most of everything that was said.
Draw a line from A to B and try to understand that knowing what works on the track will work on the street. What do you think the entire philosophy behind Honda is?

So Mugen and Spoon are the best that you can get? but spoon sometimes outsource their designs to other companies, so in actual Mugen is better because they are specificly made for honda and for the honda Chassis

I'm gonna help Todd00 on this one because obviously there is more to this then you can see. Alot of companies outsource. Mugen has suspension kits yet they don't make their own shocks. Showa does. Why? because they are company that is well known to build one of the best performing shocks on the market for aftermarket and oem. So why not find the best people to make parts for you. As far as brand. Everyone has their brand they prefer. Spoon and Mugen make great parts but it's like comparing apples to oranges. It's what you like.

and if Mugen was a fad then why does it have such a loyal fan base who like and own their products for so many years. You are entitled to your opinion but comparing companies like apc to mugen is just dumb.

i understand that Mugen and Spoon has such a strong fan base and they obviously make the best parts for honda's but why is everyone trying to old school parts for their new honda's?
if Mugen and Spoon are still producing parts for the new honda's on the road what is the obsession with buying something from one of those manufactures that has nothing to do with their car.
just to collect old Mugen/Spoon parts?

Do you hate mugen parts because you can't afford them ?
I personally only like a few things of theirs. Will I ever buy any of them probably not.
If you don't want to swing from Mugen's nuts then don't.
