Default Accord Side Skirts

I've seen a lot of guys use '94-'97 Accord side skirts. I already know some cutting will be needed. But do the clips on the car work with the side skirt?

no the clips do not line up at all. I was a lil pissed when I bought some 94 accord skirts for cheap, cut of the front to make them the same length, and realized that the clip locations were wayyy off. Sooo I just threw tho stock ones back on

I was wondering if 98 accord sides would fit?? I'm looking for something that has a square-ish shape to it. Or something that would come close to matching the 4thgen MUGEN sides. Need them to match up with the Mugen front.

Haha, I was thinking about the exact same thing a while back. Those 98 skirts look a lot like the Mugen ones for the 4th gens!

I don't think they would just bolt up easily, but I'm sure they could be made to fit.

For reference:

Thanks for the heads up. I was about to get some this weekend, but I'll just rock my stock ones for now.

the accord sides are def pretty painful to put on. only one of the side clips will line up and you have to cut the rest for clearance. so you have to do some drilling and be creative.
if you take your time, you'll be happy with the results though.

Is there a tutorial for installing these bad boys? I wouldn't mind getting a pair myself.

Well this is the issue I'm having. I can't find any Mugen sides for the lude (of course) so I need to go with something else. Has to be squarish.... so Here are some pics to give everyone an idea of what I'm working with.

It's hard to tell in these pics... but the current sides sit lower than the mugen front.

In this pic... the end part of the front bumper (by the wheel well) doesn't look as low as it really is due the the dark color.

This last pic gives you a really good idea of how the front bumper tapers as it goes from the edge to the front.

I don't think the Accord 94-95 OEM sides are gonna be low enuff. I was thinking about using 5thgen prelude OEM sides.

Any ideas??? suggestions??
