I bought this car as a salvage car...needed a bunch of body panels, motor and tranny.

It's all complete now, with jdm h22a and etc. The wiper control arms were missing...replaced those, but now there's no power going to the wiper motor when the switch is turned to INT, slow or fast.

I tested EVERY fuse under the dash, and under the hood...all tested good.

I tested EVERY wire that runs to the wiper motor with switch off/int/slow/fast, only 1 wire tests positive and it's constant when the ignition is turned to on. This means there's power at the fuse block, but is being cutoff between fuse block and wiper motor. My best guess is that there's a relay between the fuse block and wiper motor, and that's where the power is stopping.

Does anyone know where that wiper relay is? Any pics or links to a diagram showing it's location?
