Well what I'm getting at is since the Prelude exhaust manifolds fit fine on an H22 Accord, I was just wondering if the cat, downpipe, and muffler fit as well 97-00?

I already have 97-00 headers, so has anyone tried to use a Prelude exhaust?

i know for a fact the 97-00 preludes are a differnt chassis then the 5th gen accord. try getting a 93-96 prelude exhuast or even a 96-00 cl exhaust.

 

the 92-96 exhaust will fit im pretty sure, but just to be safe, i'd get an accord exhaust. it will bolt up just fine to the manifold/downpipe.

 

why do you even want the prelude? just get a accord exhaust

 

It was a free exhaust system. Thought I'd try it out. Since I have an H22, I've wanted to keep the 97-00 headers since they fit better with the original cat location. The 92-96 is a little shorter in terms of the downpipe. Also, I just wanted an oem muffler again.
