So over the weekend I found out that my Z6 intake manifold cracked on the water port of the flange. Well to make a long story short I got a cheap 92-95 Dx manifold swapped over all components. I decided while the manifold was off I could bypass the coolant lines. The way I did this, is capped all of the smaller coolant lines with rubber nipples. So the car stars up fine, but doesn’t hold an idle. I thought once all the old coolant lines are capped you should be good to go, you should be solid. I guess not… I’m I missing to do something?
I'm going to try this also when i get home....

stopping at honda after work to get a new throttle body gasket. also could be an issue with the make shift o-ring that's need with the IACV on the backside of the manifold.
