..For a mild build there fine. CTR cams would be better.

CTR cams have higher lift and duration than GSR's. They come out of the B16B found in the Civic Type R.

you will definately find some good power with the gsr cams over the b16 cams. i've compared my dyno sheets and i've seen average improvement of almost 15-25 whp on my turbo set up. good luck!

The gsr cams will make more power than the B16A2 cams If you are building the car for maximum horsepower use the skunk2 pro 1 cams I have personally seen at my shop a tremendous increase with these cams. Make sure if you do go with these cams you will need to use the pro series valve springs, cam gears, and make sure you degree them in they are not just a throw in cam. These cams compared to stock gsr cam will make 75-100hp over. The comparison i have is a gsr motor turbo at 25 pounds @8300 make 423 at 13psi it made the same hp same rpm. Many guys use this cam and it is definitely the cam of choice for the SFWD cars.

..the CTR cams will make more power than both b16 or the GSR.

..the skunk2 pro1 cams are great, and will make great power tuned right, but totally unneccessary for a b16 with a gt3076. im sure this build is for a street car where you won't use any more than 450whp. anyway.

...and as far as being the cam of choice for SFWD cars, dout that. IPG ftw!

28psi back then, when we put the RLZ cylinder head on it made 676whp!

Still got that cylinder head and it still makes lots of power, still got ITR cams in my new set up too
