Reputable shop to install quaife in a h22?

Reputable shop to install quaife in a h22?
Does anyone know of a shop in the North-east (I'm in NJ) to install a quaife in a H22? The shop should have experience measuring pre-load on quaife's & using the correct shims of the tapered bearings.
