This is for a 91 Civic Si.

Brackets can be made, I am sure...I would like to know if:

-Do the fog rubber surrounds fit the contours of the USDM bumper?
-Do the USDM bumpers have the round cut-out guide on the back like the EF9 bumper?

I know the USDM bumper has the square cut-out and I would check mine for the rounds, but my civic is 200 miles away right now...

 

It wouldn't have the cutouts. And the EF9 bumper is rounder then the US bumpers so i doubt the rubbers would line up perfectly. You could just trim them though.

 

Hmm.... Might try it if I can find the rubbers...

Are the round fog light assemblies for the EF9 the same on another honda? ....like EG, BB4, del Sol (93-95) all share the same light, but the brackets and rubbers were different.

No, the Honda Concerto had similar foglights, but not the same.

 

i believe you can make them fit on the 90 91 usdm front end.

the ef2 has the same shape as the 90 91 so i would think it will fit. just find someone or a supplier with a ef9 bumper and ask if you can make a stencil out of the outline on the back of the bumper

 

^^ the facelifted hatch bumper is not the same shape as the 90-91 US bumper.
