I've done some tig welding with dynastys and syncrowaves before never used a dial arc setup to do tig welding. Are they pretty capable to get the job done?, this would just be as a hobby machine to use at home in the garage. there is one forsale locally along with a HF box and torch for tig welding, would it be worth it for $600 if it were in good working condition? just looking for a nice low cost tig machine to go with my mig in the garage.

 

you sure its a dial arc I had one years ago and it was a geat machine but it also had the hi freq built in not an add on box mine was a dialarc 250hf-p
