saw a bunch of non hid fronts for sale

but what does a complete hid front end conv go for

all oem honda metal
hood, both fenders with sidemarkers, grill, bumper, itr lip, rad support, hood latch and cable, windshield wash bottle for hids, everything needed for install, still og champ white from japan, will need repaint though

 

I believe the prices have gone down, since the price of hid headlights have gone down. You might want to check N1, I believe they still sell jdm hid front ends.

 

looks like im seeing about 1800 for the complete front end

Damn I remember paying $1600 for a non-hid front end back in 05. That is a hell of a deal.

 

JDM Engine Depot in Kearny, NJ is selling theirs for $2000 . A little less if you know someone there...

I just picked up a non-hid one complete for way cheaper.

 

When I got mine in 2006 it's like $2400 with HID (I forgot whether shipping is included)
Now I think you can get it cheaper.

Bumper with lip $350
HID Headlight $500 / pair
Fender $150 / pair with side marker
Hood $250
Bumper support, reinforcement bar, radiator support $250
grill $75
hood latch + cable $?? <-- go find it at the junkyard. DA cable works!!
so it's like $1575??
maybe you can even get it cheaper

I don't think you will need the HID windshield bottle, you will just need to modify your oem one a little bit. What I did was I used a heat gun to soften the plastic then change the bottle's shape a little bit then everything is good to go.

yeah mines all complete, mine comes with the rad bottle so you dont need to modify anything


iv looked around, and $1800 seems like a fair price to help it sell faster

if really like to trade it for a complete phoenix yellow usdm front end + $1300 cash, i dont need the core support or the bumper bar from the us front
