ECU convertion didn't work at all!! hurry need some help1!!!

now i did a convertion ecu on my honda del sol.. i convert a p28 auto to manual like some of u guys said.. cut rp18 and rp17 and jump rp18 .. the computer check engine went off and the car started but suddenly the car wants to go off when a turn the wheel or make a shift!!..it's the computer or the car!!??..so guess what i had to do a mini me on the resistors trying to put it back .. both.. and i did .. thanks God..!! so .. what is it?? my car is manual.. but it has a p28 a52 ecu which is a auto ecu but i wonder why the car wants to go off.. or is it my intake or what?? please need some help!!

by the way.. my del sol is a d16z6 with a s20 manual tranny!!
