I have both Spoon and Mugen oil pans right here now. Just took pics to compare. But both will have new homes soon.

Thanks,

The Mugen pan for the ITR might be overkill as far as the baffles go ....
I don't see what would be referred to as overkill, please explain George.

on an LS/VTEC.. ITR head..would the oilpan matter.. im most likely gonna get an LS pan, what are the benefits of the other pans.. i know u prolly need to upgrade if u get longer rods.. but im getting 11.5 pistons and eagle rods, would LS pan be good enough.

Just so you know, at one time I was doc'd a percentage point for questioning the pricing of another members item for sale. Be careful!

anybody handy with a welder?

seems like any baffle is better than none...but the Mugen does look sweet....

OT...does anybody know what kinda metal is used to weld into the pan? Stainless? or just plain ol' uh....some lower grade steel?

While appreciative of the Mugen design, and while acknowledging that it's the one I actually bought, I wonder if it isn't a bit much.
hehe ... sort of like too much horsepower, eh?
