Just make it out of fiberglass. Buy some cloth, resin, hardener, sandpaper, etc.

 

I knew that much, but I was hoping to get some pics or some kind of references on what other may have done.

It's relatively easy to do yourself if you're good with fiberglass.

Here's how mine turned out. I couldn't fit 2 speaker pods due to how the upper panel is made on the 4th gens, but you get the idea...

Apparently they're on the left hand side, somewhere.. lol

good luck. I tried it aready but it didnt come out right. the door panel would have to be completely redone.
