Default Need D-series manifold suggestion FAST!

I took a road trip this weekend to play paintball in northeast Ohio. Good game but my 95 Civic EX apparently didn't like the trip. The trip was only 600mi but the XS-Power (yeah, I know...I didn't build it but it was braced!) started to take a dump. At first I though, "Huh, sounds like I've got an exaust leak." I have a feeling a faulty collant temperature sensor causes engine temps to rise, and that might have weakened the header. On the way home, driving through a construction zone just north of Columbus, I had a huge bump/dip in the road and the whole manifold cracked right above the mounting flange. I'll post pictures when I get home (although you know it's bad when the AutoZone guys come out and take pictures of it.) Right now I have the mani pulled and a friend is going to weld it back together, but I really don't want this to happen again! I've read plenty of horror stories about XS-Power but no suggestions of what to get instead. Could you guys give me some suggestions on a QUALITY manifold to buy? I honestly don't have time to read the forum for hours today- the car needs to get put back together ASAP because it's my only car and I have work tomorrow morning. I don't have the money for a $1000 Full Race manifold, nor do I need anything that extravagant, so those are out of the question. Engine is a D16Z6, T25 turbo @ 7psi. Thanks in advance!

I have a used Peakboost D16 FTW Ramhorn manifold with T3 turbo and Tial 38mm wastegate for $900 Shipped if you want it. Turbo is still in good shape, wastegate has some scratches. Manifold is mint and still has warranty.

You could buy my manifold. Alternatively, you could ditch the ac and throw in a hf manifold with an adapter plate. Its solid cast and cheap as hell. Restricted to using an internal gate unless you wanna weld a flange to cast where the o2 is suppose to go.

Thanks for all the great responses, fellas, I really appreciate it! To the guys that PM'd me, I responded.

Here's a picture of the mani from yesterday after I pulled it:

Pretty gnarly, eh? It's all welded back together and it is working properly, so I've bought myself a bit of time. I'm fighting a cooling/overheating problem right now that needs to be addressed immediately so the patched mani will have to hold for a little while until funds allow for something more substantial.

Ah, what the heck. Here's a picture of the mani bolted back on today. Junk weld job but it was late and I really didn't care since it's going to get replaced later anyways. And is it just me, or does XS-Power NOT use stainless steel? It just seems like it's plated with something.

If you have a quality replacement for this XS-Power that won't require me to reconfigure the turbo setup, drop me a PM. Thanks!

trust me, just spend a little extra and reconfigure it if you have to, don't make the same mistake twice.

most bottom mount setups will have the turbo at about the same height, all you might have to do is extend or shorten your return line

I love how the xs manifold's tag says "proven performance parts". That's great. This is the perfect situation to build yourself a Squarefold or a NogLog.

I think they used their name plate to cover up a Diet Pepsi logo...

...Ah, but they never say what's been proven! My guess is their inferior quality has been proven over and over.

I'm really interested in this because it seems like I won't have to do a whole lot of reconfiguring of the system (time is valuable.) Could you send me some info on how to design/construct them? I'd really appreciate it!

Oh, and one more thing- Whatever mani I get has to be AC/PS compatible. I'm installing a new radiator today and while I'm doing that, the AC condensor and fan are going back in. There was a cast mani on ebay for about $90 and the same thing (or so it seems) on a different site for $290. Is there a difference or are they the same Chinese parts and one is incredibly marked-up? I guess I'll need an adapter plate for the T25 as well, correct?

find a log manifold, the ebay cast manifolds suck, wastegate placement is complete crap. only cast manifold i would go with is the inline pro.

something like this, only $150 shipped for the manifold and downpipe, but the downpipe wont clear ac, maybe fab something up, or find a similar setup:
