Default rocker arm shaft removal b16

i understand how it comes out but how do i get those little oil jet things out? basicly those little things are whats holding the shaft in there right? it looks like there threaded so you can stick a bolt in there and just pull them out? what size bolt is it? then once i get those out thread a bolt into the shaft and pull it out?

Nose pliers will do but I can recall a tool that is specialized in removing rocker shaft. I just can't figure out the name.

He's asking about the oil jets, not the shafts themselves. Parts numbers 3 and 4 in this pic.

Yes, they are threaded to screw fasteners in to pull them out, if you dont have the correct sized fasteners handy, you can stick a slim flat head screwdriver in the rocker arm shaft bore and just pry up , they will pop up with very little force.
