Fiber glass front worth it?

there is a JDM front, for sale locally on CL.. he wants 400 for the bumper-lip-fenders.. is it worth buying a fiber glass front? will it hold up and fit well? the lip is Genuine Honda also.

Authentic Mugen front bumpers are fiberglass.

With that exception, fiberglass stuff is garbage. Among fitment and general wear issues, they flex more than the metal ones, which causes the paint the crack. I experienced this personally.
