fuel pump relay
under the drivers side dash just above the hood release latch. It should be about 3 inchs long and gray. you will need a 10mm wrench to remove it mine was even marked main relay on the cover.
So the fuel pump relay actually resides in the main relay
Are those expensive?
Here's my issue.
The fuel pump works, but it seems it doesn't get current every time we try to start the car. The issue only happens on hot days.
I'll turn the ignition on and hear the click. But sometimes, I don't hear the fuel pump priming and the car won't start. I'll hear it prime after quite a few attemps.
It looks like a bad relay to me, since it does it with 2 different fuel pumps.

there is a thread somewhere on here that shows you to halfass repair it.
but thats what usually happens. hot days warps to the point wont run or runs badly.
but yes the fp relay is part of the main relay.
