I few months ago i was looking for a new street/track car and came across this car and couldnt pass it up.
here is a quick rundown of what it is:
96 nissan 240 base model
lsx powered with a 6 spd tranny
z32 brake/5 lug swap
DR's on SSR 3 piece forged rims
indash dvd
there is some suspension stuff done, but i dont remember it all. i will be redoing some of it to see if i can get alittle more traction out if it.
it has the stock 240 rear diff (r200) with a custom aluminum driveshaft
i dont want to get every specific about the motor, but it is basically a iron block that has been bored and stroked. its cammed, mildly built heads and a ls6 intake. 42 lb injectors on FAST rails with dual walbros.
and servion tuned of course
right now its tuned on 85 octane, but i will be switching over to E85 shortly.
id rather not post how much power its making, but it is good enough to drive to the track, let a few lbs of air out of the tires, and run a 12.9 @ 111.6 mph with my girlfriend in the passenger seat, at 6000 ft altitude
the tranny needs some work but i wont be able to do it until this winter , until then ill put a 150 shot on it.
next year the plan is either twin 60mm turbos, or a single 76m
anyway, here are a few pictures:

here is a short video of the idle (from my phone, but you get the idea)

I'd guess it's actually a LQ block but same difference. Those can be found in any GM truck.

i think i found a guy to rebuild the tranny in denver, so once that is taken care of, we will put a 150 shot on it.
then ill start saving for turbo parts

nice! Thats a big cam too! What LSA?
I've got over 114,000 miles on my Ls1, and I rag the crap out of it..if anything, I think the car has gotten quicker!! and if its fun in my 3500lbs boat, then I cant imagine what a heads/cam 6.0l would feel like in a s14!!
I can't wait till I get heads and cam. Ive got everything else... Ls6 IM, Jet Hot LT's, ORY, Magnaflow catback, SLP lid, ported T/B, and soon will be a Yank SS3600 converter. With a tune I should be deep 12's, and defintely in the high 11's with a cam. Im sure your car is already way faster though. Have fun!

i guess the car went 12.0 @ 120 mph in KY, so yeah, it is alot quicker at sealevel.
