KJ and I were degree'ing the Skunk2 Pro 1 cams on TheRedDragon's motor. Exhaust side was fine. We're running into retainer to valve guide seal contact and can't continue. It's the older Skunk2 retainers. Does anyone know for a fact the newer retainers give you more clearance? Any ideas? Spoke over the phone to TheRedDragon. He is going to give Skunk2 a call on Monday

was this at skunk2s recommended degree settings for ZERO, or straight up zero TDC?
also are the ssprings used? if so how long and what brand are they alpha?
i have seen coilbind before on a few different springs with high lift cams due to the inner not collapsing far enough
