Clutch Kit....

Recently my clutch went crap on me.. so i was wondering whats the best clutch i can get for around 400 for a 5th gen prelude Sh???

I'd say an Exedy OEM replacement or 'Stage 2' disc. You don't need a fancy 500hp clutch or anything...
