VTEC/ sensors?
there's two sensors that wouldnt let ur vtec engage if u got the right motor and ecu.. its the vtec pressure switch and the vtec silonoid. Ohh plus if u dont got any oil vtec will not engage!!!
Fot vtec to work, you must have the proper: engine temp (ect sensor), speed (vss), oil level/pressure, map pressure (map sensor), there may be one more im forgetting. Anf of course your spool valve and vtec pressure switch must be working.

i thought the map and the ect but i didn't think the vss mattered, also i do know that the tps will not let it engage also. thanks man.
