p1399 has anyone heard of it?

testing injectors during class, popped a fuse and replaced fuse and now engine runs like crap... no manifold vacum & timing is off...

any advice?

Sorry, it is a 2001 honda accord LX. Im really dumb founded that grounding out a injector wound do some thing of this manor.

p1399 is a random misfire dtc
