what Electrical Plugs do i get
i just bought a syncro 200 i need to get the plugs but iam not sure what to get
my coworker was helping me with all this but is going to be away for the weekend
i have the 200v-230v model
will this work iam not sure what amp iam pulling though also what size ground rod should i get

I used the NEMA 10-50 (3890 Flush receptacle) receptacle and I bought it at lowes. I got the corresponding plug there too.

so how about a ground rod what size would be good ?
i seen 6' galvanized ones at lowes but we use copper at my work for all our CNC machines and welders
