torque specs?

where can I get the torque specs for my eg...... i am putting a d16z6 head with vtech to replace my d15 non vtech head

I heard you need 150

but seriously, OP, buy a haynes manual. You can either trust what a bunch of random people online say, or what a shop manual MADE for your car says.

if you screw up the torque, or the sequence, the head gasket will blow pretty much immediately.
