So i just got done doing auto to man and i was putting the jumper in the auto plug and accidently touched ground. now my gauge needles dont move. speedo rpm temp and gas doesnt work. clock only works if you hold the plate down and turn signals dont work. checked all fuses... nuthin, ya i knoe i screwed up.

 

I hope you didnt fry your ECU, id get it checked at an electrical shop
