I just bought this car and I want to know if these seats will bolt right on. Are the 88-89 and 90-91 seats got different fitments? Will the 90-91 civic si seats fit on my car? Any info would be great

NO the seats are not interchangable from 88-89 to 90-91

You can swap the seat pans and use the guts and upper of the 90-91, but its a pain in the ***

 

tha 88 90 91 seats are interchangeable but the 89 are not the bolt pattern is different

Really?!!? The 88's are the same but only the 89's are different?

I would like to know why Honda would do that? or maybe you are mistaken?

When you don't know what you are talking about keep your mouth shut.

88-89 can be interchanged

90-91 can be interchanged

 

I was thinking of swapping the pans and rails but, I haven't been to the junkyard lately to get the parts that is needed. Thanks for all the info

 

you can change the rails from your 89 and put them on the Si seats or change the whole seat pan...kinda tricky
