Default b series all motor, crank and rod questions.

hi there.
i have buyed one eagle lightwheigt series crankshaft to put in my b16 all motor built.
but some people says that crankshaft are bad for bearings, i'm go use acl race series bearings again. what is your opinion?

the stroke is the stock 77.4mm.

about the rods, i have eagle h-beam rods and ''probe'' i-beam rods.
i say ''probe'' because i think this is another brand... i have buyed it from jg engine dynamics. and in their site they say it is probe... the box comes opened, i can't see probe anywere in the box/rods...
that rods only says 5.290, it's the rod length.
and i asked to myself.... ''it have quality?'' ''it's better and more safe use the eagle h-beam's?''
what is your opinion?

i have contact probe about this situacion but they don't reply to me...

i'm planning to use this setup to about 10.000rpm's.

the pistons are wiseco k566m82
and have arp main studs.

in the head only have supertech flat face valves, after i complete the break in period i'm go put the camshafts, springs and retainers and go tune.

thanks and one pic of the setup i have in my house.

sorry for my english, please try understand.

So let me get this straight, you bought eagle and proble rods without knowing which rods were better? And why do you plan on reving to 10k rpm? What cams do you plan on using and what mods to make power up to 10k rpm?

thanks for reply.

i have buyed eagle h-beams for my last setup, stock crank, ycp ctr replica pistons, h-beam rods, but one piston open one hole, and i need rebuilt it again,.
because... no ecu tuning after break in period.

i have bought i-beam ultralight's because it's lighter than H's and especialy for high revving engines, but i think this rods are not original probes... but forget this point, i'm go use i-beams.

the new engine specs
11.8/compression ratio
1635cc (82mm piston)

botton end:
wiseco pistons
I-beam rods
eagle lightwheigt crank
acl race seris bearings
arp main studs
oil pump

the head
ported and polished
3 angle valve job
supertech flat face valves
milled 0.30mm

need bought:
itr LMA's
supertech valve spring and titanium retainer.

the cams:
first cams - buddyclub 3 +(not for 10k rpm's lol) only for see how much power it can do on my setup)
i'm interested to try m22x
and i have in my house toda C and need bought blox C(to try 10.000).

the intake: itr intake manifold (polished interior and port match with the head)
p30 throttle body, bored to 64mm , need bought itr throttle body.
itr intake box, spoon filter, aluminium intake tube, ram air.

exhaust: only have one SS racing mufller, coming from euro k20a2 civic R championchip(60mm piping), great sound it made.

the headers i'm thinking on toda, and full 60mm tube with silencer.

my tuner tune with crome

i'm planing on 195/200 whp after finished and tryed some parts.

some people says eagle crankshaft's are bad for bearings, i'm go use acl race series bearings again. what is your opinion?

What? You don't need 10,000rpm for drag and track use..rpms kill motors. Just an fyi.

in one small engine without torque, i think this is the way to explore the low power... from the mid revs to high revs.
with the right cams i think it can made power to 9500rpm's

what is the best effective rpm's to explore all off the hp it gives for you? 9500?

thanks for reply
