f22a block/f22b1 head vtec wiring plz help

f22a block/f22b1 head vtec wiring plz help
i have a f22a block and im trying to wire the f22b1 vtec head. Can anyone help me with the Poa wiring for the vtec solenoid, with any wiring charts or something. Ive been looking all ove rbut dont seem to find anything.
