I just want to say first off i am in no rush to get rid of this car as i love it and everything is pretty nice, i just find myself missing my hatch and i would love to get back into a SINGLE CAM ek or eg hatch, gas prices are [freak]ing ridiculous and i never race or beat on my cars so what's the point really..not to say this car is bad on gas, 30 mpg average i'd say.

The Good: Runs well, all aforementioned motor parts, paint and body is near perfect, new valve job, new rear brake pads but the rear brakes make a noise when stopping(squeaking but not loud and annoying, like a small once-per-rotation squeak)

The Bad: Door jambs, engine bay, rear interior are stock color. minor blemishes in the paint , no rear interior, a/c is not very cold. grinds in the transmission BUT I AM INCLUDING A B16 CABLE TRANNY 0 MILES CARBON COATED S YNCHROS AND NEW BEARINGS!!!!!!!!!!!! good deal folks.
