Default car redlining @ 7500
my friend has a '95 integra gs-r shell with a '98 gs-r motor. the thing is that, his engine redlines @ 7500 when you are driving it and when you are just sitting there trying to take it to its redline. also, the engine is throwing no codes. any clues?...

Just a wild thought but is it the correct ECU? Do you use a VAFC device? Just two quick thoughts..... Is this a p28 Chipped?
