For a factory sway bar you'll need front lower control arms, sway bar, and the mounting hardware/links for the swaybar from any 92-95 Civic or 94-01 Integra that came with a sway bar. All Integras came with one, and the 92-95 EX and Si also cam with one.

BTW:
Aftermarket companies like ST make bol-on kits for your car that allow you to retain your current DX front control arms.
I meant to mention that.
