exhaust header swap

i have a d15b7 and i was wondering if the exhaust header off a d16z6 would fit... and if it did, would it be noticeable gains? thanks!

im pretty sure it will fit, but if its a stock header it wont do much if anything at all

but isn't the ex/si header bigger in diameter?

im pretty sure it fits but you wont feel a difference with just a header..you will make a little more power but not really noticable
