i have a 98 accord coupe i purchased a pair of jdm halo projecter headlights..how do i get the halo lights to work...there are 4 circles in the headlight one of them are my signal light then there is a another one that is jus empty and i dont kno if i have to put a bulb in it..because the next one afta that is my low/high bean headlight and then theres the 4th one thats just empty....so i basically have the signal and low/high beam headlight workin the other 2 lights are not workin..wut should i do thanks

 

1) not jdm
2) they're cathodes, no bulbs
3) hook up the wires to power

 

where can you buy the cathodes..?
