running in my stock b16, so i would like to trade it for a p28 that vtec kicks at 5500, and redline at 8200.

I have a ROMulator (IE, I can burn you any ROM you want). Let me know if you're interested I'll burn you a chip that'll plug right into the socket where your old rom is and replace your computer's old parameters.
