Default h22a tranny removal

i have a 93 accord with a 96 h22a motor and 5speed tranny, well im stuck cause i removed the axles on both sides if the tranny and it still doesnt wanna drop? i tried a pry bar and still nothing, do i need to remove the starter the tranny to drop it? please some tips would be great...also one more question.... the reason im dropping my tranny is cause i wasn't able to put it in gear at all and it souded like something was bouncing around in the tranny or the clutch just gave out. Well when i took the axles out there was no tranny oil that came out? m assuming that is not good and my tranny is fudged<help please

I'm assuming you've taken out the half shaft when you say "both axles"?

And you've unbolted everything? I dunno of any secret things to bolt it up that could be holding it.

yes i did the half shaft out and everything is off, so do you have to take the starter off when removing the tranny?

yes the 2 bolts in the starter go thru the tranny and actually thread into the block so YES you need to take it off. also remove all the bolts that bolt the tranny to the engine. it sounds like u removed the axles and then tried to pry the tranny off. take out the BOLTS first lol

you can tilt the trans downward into the bay (trans will slide into bay first then engine second) then slowly lower the engine in place or dismantle the trans from the engine (all axls, stater, rear engine mount bolst) and mount the engine first then trans

okay so i finally got the tranny off and i inspected it and all is good with it. I removed the pressure plate for the clutch and also removed the clutch. I discovered that all of the bolts on the flywheel were all unscrewed and holding on by a just a few threads. What would cause this? Also im going to post pics of my clutch disc to get your opinion to see if i should replace it.
