HELP
on the process of switchin out alternators...ive remove the bolt to the brake master cylinder and well theres 2 thick metal lines that connects to it with a 5/8 bolt..i try to unbolt but unfortunately it started stripping. well wat other ways is there to remove it?
Try a line nut wrench. It is like the closed end of a wrench with a slot cut in it to fit over the line. It will be a six, not twelve sided wrench. Usually these get enough traction on the nut.
what the hell are you doing pulling your master cylinder to change the alternator?dude pull off the driver side wheel get the fenderwell off undo the long bolt and the tensioner bolt unplug the alternator feed it under the intake manifold and pull it up on the transmission side
oh and um....hondas are metric mostly 8,10,12,14,17,19mm no 5/8 in there
