Default looking for a new clutch

I am not to sure on what kind of clutch to buy. Its a rebuilt b18c1 low compression gonna turbo it later on down the road. I'm gonna be shooting for around 350hp. I can not make up my mind for a clutch ether a act 6 puck or clutch master stage 5 6 puck. i would like to hear some opinions for a clutch thanks

Everyone will have their own opinion on brands, personal experience is what will be helpful for you.

For your horsepower level, a sprung 6-puck would be ideal, not overly aggrssive for the street, but can take a beating.

Competition Clutch 1620 Kit gets my vote

Chatter will vary depending on manufacturer, I daily drive on one in my beater with no complaints.

I dont know if i'd suggest it just yet, seeing as i haven't run with it, but for my new setup i bought a Competition Stage 4 from Xenocron. It looks like a great piece and from what i've heard, it will be a great DD clutch. Also, they're not too spendy either

Just installed a Spec stage 3+. It's good for well beyond the figures you state and is a sprung full face disc vs. the multi-puck type. Light pedal pressure, no chattering and supposedly longer wearing. Heard it doesn't tend to score the flywheel and pressure plate face like the puck types.

Why did you go with the Stage 4 instead of the Stage 5? For a little over 400whp I was told I should run the Stage 5.

I know this, and by me telling them i'll be making 400+hp they could estimate that torque numbers will be at 270+ft/lbs
