Default 5 lug coversion on DA

Ok this is the deal, I want to go 5 lug on my DA but I'm extremly broke and theres no way I can pull 1,000 for a complete conversion, so this is the plan and give me some advise.

I did some research and I know that I can use the ITR hub and take it to a machine shop to make it fit in the DA hub bearing and since I dont have enough money I was going to drill the 4 lug rotor into a 5 lug and use the stock caliper, braket, rotor and pads.

As for the rear one of my wheel bearings is going out so I'm almost sure that the ITR hub and bearing assembly bolts right up on the rear control arm and do the same as the front and reuse all the brake parts, rotor, caliper pads etc.

Is there anything else that I should look out for?

ever thought about using the cr-v hub and parts? it's a 5 lug and probably cheaper then the itr.
