My CEL doesnt come on at all so im guessing either the bulb is out or it doesnt have one at all. my question is since im going to be replacing that bulb i wanted to see if i can change the cluster lighting as well from its original white to like an amber or green lighting. Does anyone know if this is do-able or is it only if you change out the cluster to a white cluster like an si? i have a 97 civic ex...
