I'll be representing for small bore Honda's with my 88 Civic DX hatch street/road race car. For those of you who don't know what a hillclimb is, it's a time trial on a closed, paved mountain road where you get several practice runs and several timed runs over a weekend. (Once I have proper safety equipment, of course)

Yeah, they let any type of car run as long as it meets the safety requirements. A friend of mine will be running a hybrid this weekend.

True to a point. They won't let my car run because the class I would be in, I'd have to have a cage. Not that I argue the point of that for safety reasons.

But it's not that you can just show up and run.

Would a four point rollbar suffice for a hybrid civic for some events, or on a hillclimb would they require a full cage for my car?
