Default Anyone doing the Mt. Burke hillclimb in Vermont this weekend?

I'll be representing for small bore Honda's with my 88 Civic DX hatch street/road race car. For those of you who don't know what a hillclimb is, it's a time trial on a closed, paved mountain road where you get several practice runs and several timed runs over a weekend. A mix of road cars, road race cars and rally cars participate, as well as some "hillclimb specials". It will be my first one and it looks like fun! For more info, go see www.hillclimb.org

Nice car. I assume I could find a class in hillclimbs for a my 91 Hybrid hatch?
(Once I have proper safety equipment, of course)
Wish they had real hills in Michigan, let alone hillclimbs

Yeah, they let any type of car run as long as it meets the safety requirements. A friend of mine will be running a hybrid this weekend.

True to a point. They won't let my car run because the class I would be in, I'd have to have a cage. Not that I argue the point of that for safety reasons.

But it's not that you can just show up and run.

Would a four point rollbar suffice for a hybrid civic for some events, or on a hillclimb would they require a full cage for my car?
