Well, my first question would be if 99-00 bumpers will fit a 96-98 body? I'm looking to put them on my girlfriend's 97 DX to replace the ones currently on the car. They seem like they should bolt right up since the quarter panels and fenders are the same between years. Also, I take it the Si grille, lip, and spoiler would also fit as well as the red/white taillights?

 

the rear bumper and taillights will fit fine. the front bumper is different between 96-98 and 99-00. to do that youd need the hood, fenders, headlights, bumper and grille from a 99-00. the headlights are shaped differently between the years.
