Here's a pic of my latest project... So far I've made a k20 sidewinder manifold, and this is my second ramhorn. Let me know what you think.

single pass at about 75amps... 1/16 weld wire.

r u joking?

u need way more penetration, with that little amperage u risk your manifold cracking and falling apart when it heats up you should have done more research before u wasted all that material.

Eat a dick. SSAutochrome manifolds look pretty good too, and those are proven to make power and last forever aren't they? :rolls eyes:

I'm pretty sure I know what I'm doing here... I've been welding for about 8yrs. now, been certified in stainless, inconel, and titanium.

it's all good, talk what you want but I don't see any of your work. My manifold wasn't back purged, and I still think it looks good. lets see what you do before the **** talkin.

hey "its all good", for a certified welder and 8 years of welding experience i expected better.

here is a manifold i made last year




and im not a certified welder nor do i have 8 years of welding experience.
