No lean burn in 1992 Civic VX california but lean burn on all 1996 HX?
(Confused) This is what I read, I don't understand how this is possible. Also according to wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lean_burn it implies that the 1996 and 1997 Civic HX do not have Lean burn. Is this true?
