Is your car lowered? If so how much?
You might need to purchase a camber kit then get an alignment.
Is your rear bumper being held by the clips below the corner panel?

yea... cars lowered on h&r springs and i do have a camber kit... the main thing is that my driver sidefront wheel seems to have a bit more neg camber than my pass side... so i wanted to add a bit of pos camber...
as far as the rear bumper it has gaps on each end and its really bugging me.... is ther sumthin in there that is "broken" andisnt holding the bumper up to where it should be??

You need a new bumper support, yours is probably bent. Take the bumper off and bend it back or figure out what is making it not line up.
Anytime you adjust the camber you need to get an alignment. Some places will even set your camber for you too.

Do it the mexican way ZIP TIE!!..lol.nah just kidding, check the screws..and make sure it has the back bumper support...and when you get the camber kit you dont really need an alignment but should be done in my opinion
