Just need to know what the clearance is for h22a thrust bearings. I measured it with a dial and indicator, and it measured .006, and I could feel it moving a tiny bit from side to side. If the motor is going to be revd up to 8k that thing is going to fall apart. I just need to know the right specs for the trust bearings. I think its .008. Am I correct???? thanks, David

I didn't find thickness measurements for the thrust washer, but crankshaft end play should be no more than .45mm, and ideally between .10mm and .35mm. Hope that helps

 

Doing this kind of work without a service manual is asking for a lot of trouble.

Crankshaft end play:

Standard/new: .10-.35mm (.004-.014in)
Service Limit: .45mm (.018in)
