Default Secondary fuel rail.

Hi, i've got a emanage given to me by a friend. Since its free, why not?

I have been toying with the idea of using a secondary fuel rail..

I would use the emanage to control the 4 extra injectors while the 4 main injectors
work as normal. When the boost is on, the 4 extra injectors will kick in..

Would you reckon this to work?

Base on calculation what cc injector should i buy for the secondary fuel rail?
(Something good for 400whp+)

Any inputs would be greatly appreciated..

adding parts that you dont need is just increasing the chance for something to go wrong, just get 1 set of 750cc injectors and you'll be fine. if you must do it go ahead, anything can be done with enough money and time.

The only way to make this economical is to use DSM injectors, stock fuel rails, and generic brass Tees. But that will be prone to leaking, hoses blowing off (raw fuel on engine = bad), and injectors that are known to fail at a above-average rate. To do it right, you'd get 8 450cc saturated injectors (~450), two aftermarket fuel rails ($100), convert braided hose so you can tee it off right ($150). Worst-case prices all add up to the price of 4 large injectors, Neptune RTP, and a tune. The lowest prices still gets you to the price of decent injectors and a Crome street tune. You'd still have to deal with tuning...

My point is while you may want to try using what you have, it just isn't the best deal. It may be for a Kia or other cars that don't have a handful of EMS choices, but not when you have Crome, ECTune, Uberdata, Neptune, Hondata, and AEM availible to use. The time & parts needed to get that working well isn't worth it. Even if you were obd2, it would be cheaper to swap to obd1, and less work to temporarily change back to obd2 for emissions if needed.
