Is anyone familiar with repairing or rebuilding a stock A6 TB? Or can someone recommend a place beside a j/y for a replacement?
I have a couple that leak coolant and one that has a sticky butterfly.
Does anyone sell a rebuild kit? Or maybe one already rebuilt, if kits aren't available?

Thanks for the reply.
I'll try it.
Did you try replacing the return spring with another? Or replacing the shaft bushings at all?
I'm curious to see if those things need to be replaced, or if cleaning everything up real good will solve my sticky throttle problems.

Well I found my older leaking, no longer used, tbs and neither one of them stick!
And they look to be in much better shape than the pos tb on there now.
So, I'm either going to try to JB weld them or I just bypass the cooling hoses altogether.

All is well with the Si once again.
Put the old TB back on, bypassed the leaky coolant lines that run through the bottom of the TB. I'm a happy camper, NO More sticky throttle!!!!!!
Now I just need to charge the A/C, and a few other minor things and we'll be good to go once again.
