issue: im driving and my prelude loosses all power cant accelerate all interior dash lights turn off, i have to start the car again and it starts than shuts off again, any ideas on what the probem can be. keep in mind i the car starts and i can drive again but sometimes it starts but shuts off right away.

its ignition switch, there was a recall on ignition switch u can go to dealer and they will install it for u, i had same thing with my 98, hope ur car isnt salvaged cuz then ull have to pay for it.

Hey Russlan, do you know if there is any way to check if your recalled parts on your vehicle have been replaced? I drive a 98 myself and have only owned it about 6 months.

 

okay i see it is a clean title no accidents, now that its 2008 can i still take advantage of the recall cause it was in 2002? thanks for alyour help guys.
