Default 90 ls into my 90 hatch?

Hey guys, i searched for a bit and didnt find anything clear to answer my question. The question is that i have a complete 90 integra that was crashed and i want to put the swap in my 90 hatch. The hatch is mpfi converted. I dont know which motor harness to use... the integra or the civics mpfi hybrid harness... Any help is much appreciated..
